My name is Eric Topp and I originally created this site when I was running for the State College Area School District (SCASD) board in 2007. I am slowly changing this site to be bit more personal and away from a political site but this is difficult since I invested so much time documenting the “issues” in State College that drove the voters to replace the majority of the SCASD board.
